WARRANTY: Snapz Wraps, Grill Cloth & Scrims are guaranteed for 90 days from date of manufacture against manufacturing defects. Please contact us ASAP if there is a problem with your Cazdude Designs product. Our warranty/returns policy covers manufacturing issues only, not whimsy, so please be sure about your design choice, size and measurements.

RETURNS: The following Cazdude Designs items are custom made to your specifications and fall under our ‘exchange only’ policy as it pertains to manufacturing defects - Snapz Wraps, Custom Drum Heads, Grill Cloth, Banners, Scrims & Spyder Head covers or any other custom made product. Holex products, can be exchanged for visible defects or shipping damage, however because this is a adhesive backed product, once product has been applied it can not be reused and may not be returned.
Every item we produce is inspected before we box it for shipment. If there are any issues with your merchandise when you receive it, you must contact us immediately after your package arrives. All claims must be made within 3 days of receipt of your order and we will work with you on a mutual resolution. Any returned items must be in their new and unused condition for refund or exchange.
If your item is approved for a full return a minimum charge equivalent to that of any credit card processing fees, eBay listing fees, Paypal fees and shipping charges will be deducted from your refund, as well as a 10% restocking fee.

PRODUCTS DAMAGED IN SHIPMENT: We will send a replacement part ASAP and handle all damage claims with shipping company.
