Cazdude Designs products are guaranteed for 30 days from date of manufacture
against manufacturing defects. Manufacturer defects will usually present
themselves almost immediately so contact us ASAP if there is a problem
with your Cazdude Designs product. Our warranty/returns policy covers manufacturing issues only, not whimsy, so please be sure about your choice :-) RETURNS: The following Cazdude Designs items are custom made to your specifications and fall under our ‘exchange only’ policy, as it pertains to manufacturing defects - Snapz Wraps, Custom Drum Heads, Grill Cloth, Banners, Scrims & Spyder Head covers or any other custom product. Once used, Holex products can not be re-used and are not returnable. We will cover any products damaged in shipment, sending a replacement part ASAP and handling all damage claims with shipping company. If your item is approved for a return a minimum charge equivalent to that of any credit card processing fees, eBay listing fees, Paypal fees and shipping charges will be deducted from your refund, as well as a 10% restocking fee. If there is any problem with your order please contact us immediately and we will try to work with you on a mutual resolution. |
